1. Introduction:
Welcome to Ideal Alignment Inc. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and our website. By accessing our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services & Disclosure:
Ideal Alignment provides personal coaching and energy healing services. Details of these services are available on our website or can be provided upon request.  Provided services are alternative and complimentary to the healing arts services licensed by the state. The coaching process guides clients to find
healthier perspectives, alternative approaches, purposeful direction and genuine fulfillment. My role as your coach is to help keep you focused, motivated, purposeful, and accountable.  This services are not licensed by
the state. The services do not include the practice of medicine or psychology, since we are not a licensed physicians.

3. Client Commitment:
Clients are expected to be committed to their personal growth and development and to be prepared for each session. Clients should inform the coach/healer in advance if they are unable to attend a scheduled
session.

4. Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Details of our fees are provided on our website or upon request. Payment is required in advance of the services rendered. Cancellations must be made [24 hours] in advance to receive a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Confidentiality:
Client confidentiality is paramount. Information shared in sessions will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or with the client's explicit consent.

6. Limitation of Liability:
Ideal Alignment Inc., or Regina Fridkin is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind resulting from your use of our services.

7. Intellectual Property:
All materials provided during coaching and healing sessions, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the intellectual property of Ideal Alignment Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Amendments:
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments to these Terms will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.

9. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Florida; USA
